Terms of sale, delivery and refunds
These terms apply to every order placed on this website, on WhatsApp or by phone. We tried to write them the way we actually work — if anything is unclear, write to us before ordering.

Who we are
The shop is run by VITE FLOWER CREATIONS LTD, HE 298276, Georgiou Griva Digeni 25A, 3106 Limassol, Cyprus · +357 97 778847 · Viteflowercreations@gmail.com.
Orders and prices
- An order is accepted once you receive an order number — on the confirmation screen, by e-mail or on WhatsApp.
- Special orders — large quantities, or flowers we don't have in stock — are confirmed once a 30% prepayment is made: only then do we order the flowers from the supplier.
- All prices are in euros and include VAT. The delivery fee is shown before you pay.
- One promo code per order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If a bouquet or a date turns out to be unavailable after you ordered, we contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
The bouquets
- Every bouquet is made by hand. The photos on the site show real bouquets from our shop.
- Flowers are seasonal. If a particular flower is not available, we replace it with one of the same or higher value, keeping the palette, size and style.
- For the Florist's Surprise you choose the size and the palette; the composition is the florist's choice.
- Before the bouquet leaves the shop we send you its photo on WhatsApp. If you are not happy, tell us — we change it before it goes.
Delivery
- Delivery fees: Limassol city €4.50, suburbs €7, Limassol district €14. Pickup from the shop is free.
- Time slots: 10:00–13:00, 13:00–16:00, 16:00–20:00, seven days a week. Same-day delivery is possible for orders placed before 16:00.
- Early morning (from 07:00) or late evening (up to midnight) delivery is possible by arrangement for an extra fee, agreed in advance.
- Before setting off we always call the recipient to check they are in and that the address is right, then we let you know we are on the way. We never tell the recipient who sent the flowers if you ask us not to.
- If we cannot reach the recipient, we contact you and agree a new time. A second trip is charged at the delivery fee for the zone. If the address or phone number given was wrong, a second trip is charged the same way.
- An order counts as delivered when the bouquet is handed to the recipient or, with your agreement, to another person at the address — family, reception, a neighbour.
- On public holidays and peak days (14 February, 8 March, Mother's Day) a delivery may shift within the day. We will warn you if that happens.
Cancellations and changes
- Until we buy the flowers from our supplier, you can cancel free of charge and get a full refund. Write to us on WhatsApp or call.
- If the flowers have already been ordered from the supplier, we keep 30% of the order price to cover the costs already incurred.
- If the bouquet is already made but has not left the shop, we refund 50% of its price: the flowers have been used.
- Once the courier has left, or after delivery, an order cannot be cancelled.
- The date, time slot, address and card text can be changed free of charge until the bouquet leaves the shop, if the new slot is available.
- Weddings and events: a 30% deposit holds the date. Cancellation terms for the deposit are agreed individually and written in the quote.
- Subscriptions: pause or cancel any time — tell us at least 48 hours before the next delivery.
Quality and complaints
- Please check the bouquet on delivery. If it arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or looks clearly different from the photo we sent you, tell us within 24 hours and send photos on WhatsApp or by e-mail.
- Depending on the case we remake and redeliver the bouquet, or refund all or part of its price. We always agree the solution with you.
- Cut flowers are perishable and how long they last depends on care. Change the water every two days, trim the stems at an angle, keep the bouquet away from heat, direct sun and ripening fruit. We are not responsible for wilting caused by lack of water, heat, sun or the bouquet being left in a car or outdoors.
- The 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to flowers, because they deteriorate quickly and are made to order (Article 16(c) and (d) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding Cyprus law). This does not affect any of your other rights as a consumer.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We start the refund within 2 working days of agreeing it; the money usually appears on the card within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
- Orders paid in cash are refunded by bank transfer or in cash at the shop.
Payment
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- You can also pay the courier in cash.
Liability, law and complaints
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control — road closures, extreme weather, a recipient who is unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the value of the order.
- These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If something goes wrong, please write to us first — we will try to put it right. You can also contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of Cyprus.
- How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy policy.
