What we do
An office subscription is not a repeated bouquet order: the point is that it runs without you. You do not order every week — we simply arrive.
We deliver, arrange them in your vases or ours, and take the spent ones away. The mix changes every week, with the season and with what the delivery brought.
Chosen for the light you actually have, not for the photo: a dark corridor and a south window need different plants. We water, feed, wipe the leaves and replace what is finished.
Staff birthdays, client meetings, Christmas, a new floor opening. Same contract, same invoice, no separate approvals.
How it works
Start with one vase on reception and add as you go. Stop whenever — we do not tie you to a year.
Address, how many points you need and how often. We reply the same working day.
We come over, look at the space and the light, and count the points: reception, meeting rooms, the director's office, washrooms.
You get a visit schedule and one monthly figure. Each point is priced, so anything unnecessary can go.
We come on schedule; keys and passes are arranged once. One invoice at the end of the month.
What it costs
Priced by the number of points and how often we come. Here is what makes up the figure.
Invoiced at the end of the month, with VAT, to the company. No card stored, nothing charged in advance.
Questions
Is there a minimum term?
Four deliveries — about a month. After that you can pause or cancel with 48 hours' notice.
What if a plant dies?
We replace it at our cost. Choosing something that survives in your space is our job, not yours.
Can we change the schedule?
Yes, month to month. Many go to two visits a week in summer and one in winter.
Do you work with coworkings and salons?
Yes, and with clinics, showrooms and restaurants. Wherever the entrance has to look right, the subscription pays for itself fastest.
Who chooses the flowers?
Viktoria does, from what arrived this week. If the company has brand colours we stay inside them — just tell us in advance.
