Birthdays, christenings, engagements, corporate events and openings. We build the photo wall, style the tables and the entrance — in your palette, on time, taken down afterwards.
What we do
From a single table arrangement to a fully styled room. We deliver, set up and take our own kit away after the event.
A wall, an arch or arrangements on plinths. Built so the shot reads both vertically for stories and horizontally with guests in frame.
Guest and buffet tables, the entrance, the staircase and the bar. Height is chosen for the format: seated dinner, standing buffet or a children's party.
Openings, launches, conferences, staff parties. We work on invoice and contract, deliver and collect ourselves, paperwork on the day.
How it works
A week from enquiry to a finished venue is typical. Rush jobs are fine if the delivery day is free.
Date, venue, occasion and rough budget — on WhatsApp or in the form below. We reply the same working day.
We look at the space or at your photos: the size of the zone, the light, what the venue already owns so you do not buy it twice.
References, palette and an itemised quote. We rework it until it fits the budget.
We set up before guests arrive and stay until it stands the way it should. Afterwards we dismantle and remove everything.
What it costs
This season's guide prices. The total depends on the size of the zone, the flower and the venue.
Delivery is quoted separately by venue zone. Companies are invoiced with VAT.
Questions
How far ahead should we order?
Seven to ten days is comfortable — that lets us order the flower for your palette in the delivery from Holland. Two or three days also works, but then we build from what is already in stock.
Can we use our own vases and props?
Yes, and it is noticeably cheaper. Send photos in advance, we will say what works and quote only the flowers and the labour.
Do you work with restaurants and hotels?
Yes. We agree the set-up time with the venue ourselves — just give us the name and a contact.
How long does a photo wall last?
Fresh flowers in foam hold all evening; outdoors in the heat, around six hours. For a long or midday event we build it from hardier flowers.
Who clears up afterwards?
We do. Structures, plinths and foam leave with us the same night or the next morning, whichever suits the venue.
